MORe is a global advisory practice for managerial and organizational resilience. The firm partners with boards and C-suite sponsors in regulated, multi-site enterprises, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, education, defense, and industrial technology, and is structured to scale internationally with regional senior advisors. MORe was founded by Andy Barbeau, Ph.D., an Organizational Resilience and Transformation Strategist with 35+ years of applied consulting and academic experience across Moderna, Thales, Wolters Kluwer, Waters, CVS Health, and other regulated global enterprises.

MORe looks at every organization through three lenses, People, Process, and Technology, and at the relationships between them. The approach is research-informed and grounded in established management research, designed to keep conversations honest about what an organization can actually change.

Every MORe engagement begins the same way: with the Diagnostic. The Diagnostic is a safe, non-destructive assessment designed to understand the current organizational condition before any further work is recommended. It is the starting point, not a sales pitch. After the Diagnostic, organizations may move into the Engage stage (building shared understanding and preparing the organization for change) and the Transform stage (implementing and embedding healthier ways of working). Typical sponsors are the board chair, CEO, COO, CHRO, CIO, or a divisional SVP.
